Expediente Rojo Project, Inc. (Code Red) is a national 501(c) non-profit anti-crime organization.
Its website, www.expedienterojo.org is the only website of its kind, establishing itself as the one and only source of crime-watch
information and victim assistance to the Latino communities.
Expediente Rojo an informative website and forum for communication between the Latino communities and law enforcement agencies,
is dedicated to the pursuit of justice and prevention of crime.

Sat Mar 15, 2008 - HAPCOA is pleased to announce its 35th Annual National Training Conference to be held in 2008 at San Diego, California.
The Conference, which provides a forum for law enforcement, government and corporate officials to learn about ongoing and emerging issues affecting our communities, will open on October 22, 2007 followed by four days of workshops and events and overlapping opportunities for participants to visit an Exhibitor as well as a Career Fair.

Fri Mar 07, 2008 - Congratulations to U.S. Secret Service Deputy Assistant Director Anthony “Tony” Chapa, Office of Protective Research, for being promoted and reassigned to the position of Assistant Director, Office of Professional Responsibility, effective April 13, 2008. Tony is the first Hispanic in the history of the Secret Service to reach this high level of management.
