HAPCOA is pleased to host its 2009 Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Hotel Monteleone. The conference, which provides a forum for law enforcement, government and corporate officials to learn about ongoing and emerging issues affecting our communities. It will begin on Sunday November 15 followed by four days of workshops and events and overlapping opportunities for participants to visit an Exhibitor as well as a Career Fair.
