 HAPCOA was pleased to host its 2004 Conference in San Antonio, Texas at the Historic Menger Hotel. The Conference provided a forum for law enforcement, government and corporate officials to learn about ongoing and emerging issues affecting our communities. It began on November 8th and was followed by three days of workshops and events with overlapping Career and Exhibitor Fair opportunities for participants
