HAPCOA was pleased to host its 2004 Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Flamingo Hotel. The Conference provided a forum for law enforcement, government and corporate officials to learn about ongoing and emerging issues affecting our communities. It began on November 7th was followed by three days of workshops and events with overlapping Career and Exhibitor Fair opportunities for participants.
