New update on
National BY-Law's
The by laws was voted on during the 2006 conference
HAPCOA was pleased to host its 2006 Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Flamingo Hotel. The Conference provided a forum for law enforcement, government and corporate officials to learn about ongoing and emerging issues affecting our communities. It began on October 23rd was followed by four days of workshops and events with overlapping Career and Exhibitor Fair opportunities for participants.
